Anita Young is the qualifying broker at Milicki and Associates, Inc. She and her business partner have established a real estate specialist firm, which services the corporate community, allows agents the freedom to run their own businesses, and provides the support both need to be successful in the industry. Since its inception in 2005, Ms. Young has deliberately pursued the enhancement of Milicki and Associates’ business plan and mission statement, which states her dedication to the exceptional real estate experience and unwavering commitment to the pursuit of excellence.
As an experienced agent, Ms. Young understands the dynamic challenges of working in real estate. For this reason, she has invested her time and energy into strengthening the scope of Milicki and Associates to provide a career home for agents that meets their specific needs. Under her direction, Milicki and Associates offers advanced training, a 401k plan, health insurance, and dental insurance to all its agents.
Ms. Young has set the additional objective of providing the agents the support needed in the running of their businesses to allow the agents to concentrate on providing optimal service to their clients.
